Erwin Sabathi looks back proudly on a long tradition of winegrowing. His ancestors were cultivating wine as far back as 1650, and today, 365 years later, he is following in their footsteps. Nestled amidst the charming landscapes of Pössnitzberg are the family’s innumerable vines comprising many different grape varieties.
